Returns Policy
CelebXperience offers experiences that are unique, extremely limited in availability and in high demand from fans. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or credit once you have chosen to purchase a ticket to the event. We advise that you consider all possibilities before purchasing any tickets.

However, we do understand that things may come up and for this reason, you are able to transfer your ticket to attend the experience into the name of someone else by re-selling or giving it away - all you need to do is update us with the name and contact details of the person who will be taking your place. This way we are able to contact them and confirm they have the correct details of the event and answer any questions they may have.

Should you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us with your order number. We will respond as soon as we can with any assistance. However, please be reminded that we are unable to provide a refund under any circumstance (unless the event itself is cancelled) and you have chosen to purchase this experience with the acceptance of this term.


Important Notes
As our events are exclusive; privacy and safety of our celebrity guest and you, our patrons, are our upmost priority. We do not send electronic or mail out "tickets" for our private dinners, lunches or unique experiences. Upon completion of your purchase you will receive a copy of an invoice to show your transaction has been approved and your place has been secured. 

When you register your interest to attend the experience on our website; your details, such as name, contact number and email, will be added to our VIP guest list. You will be contacted (via telephone and email) 48 hours prior to the event with an exact location of the experience that you will be attending. Should you need any details earlier for transportation and accommodation arrangements, we are happy to do so, however we do require your discretion to keep the event private. Please do not advertise, promote or share the details of the event on social media prior to the conclusion of the event.

FAQ FOR DINNER EXPERIENCE

Q: Who can attend the dinner experience?

A: These are exclusive experiences for fans to be up close and personal with the celebrity guest of their choice to interact and hear stories from them. It is ideal for those aged 16 and over. 

Q: What time does the dinner start?

A: The dinner would usually starts at approximately 8pm and will last for at least 90 minutes. The invited celebrity guest will be at the dinner for at least 75 minutes.

Q: What does the dinner include?

A: Our dinner experience is usually a three-course meal, which includes shared entrees, a main course, dessert and accompanied by a selection of drinks. But most importantly it includes a once in a lifetime experience to sit down, have a nice meal, and get to know your star in a fantastic private setting.  

Q: Can you cater for those with special dietary requirements?

A: Of course! Just let us know what are your dietary requirements when we are booking you in for the dinner and we will meet those needs with pleasure.

Q: Why do have to register to attend the dinner, why cant I just buy a spot?

A: As these are unique experiences, we would like to provide an opportunity to give you as much information needed, including how the dinner will run, what the whole experience entails and any potential questions you may have. Furthermore, it will acts as a confirmation for the booking to secure your spot.

Q: What kind of question can I ask the celebrity guest?

A: Make the most of this opportunity by carefully thinking about what you would like to ask, celebrities are usually happy to discuss most things related to them, including their life journeys, careers, movies or TV shows they've worked on, perhaps give you some amazing stories that you will remember for a lifetime! However, just remember to be respectful at all times.

Q: Can I get a photo with the celebrity guest at the dinner?

A: Yes, at the end of the dinner, attendees will be invited to take a photo using their own phone (or camera) and even a selfie. Hugs, video messages for friends or other requests are at the discretion of the celebrity guest. 

Q: Can I ask for an autograph during the dinner?

A: Yes, at the end of the dinner, attendees will be invited to get one (1) signed item. We do advise, as this may be a once in a lifetime experience, that you fully enjoy and make the most of it.
